This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant city. The location is unbeatable, right on the main pedestrian street, where everything is happening. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the hill. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provided parking place and the kitchenette in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the central location and the basic amenities provided. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, giving us a good start to the day.
All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to fault about this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location, right at the very center of the city. It's on the main pedestrian street, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. They even helped us find parking, which can be a bit tricky. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious, with a fine view of the hill. I also loved having a kitchenette in our room, it gave us the flexibility to prepare some of our own meals. And finally, the breakfast provided was just what we needed to start the day, nothing fancy but definitely adequate.
Everything was great, no complaints at all.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Shumen. the location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center on the main pedestrian street. It made exploring the area so convenient and I loved being able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a fine view of the hill from my window. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette in my room, as it allowed me to prepare some simple meals during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying, with a good variety of options available. It was a great start to the day.
No issues whatsoever, everything was just fine.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was located right at the center of the pedestrian area on the Main Street. Transportation was very convenient and there was parking available too. Hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which is very convenient for exploring. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating, even providing free coffee and croissants in the mornings. The room was quite spacious and had a mini-fridge and a window that let in a lot of light.
This hotel had a few drawbacks. The bathroom was quite slippery and didn't have a shower curtain or mat, posing a safety hazard.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of the city, we were able to walk to all the great restaurants and bars in no time. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room, which was very useful for keeping our drinks cool. the terrace was the best aspect of our room. We loved sitting outside and admiring the great views.
there was no elevator and no assistance with carrying our luggage up the stairs.

This hotel is located in the heart of a quiet pedestrian area, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. the staff are polite and helpful, and some guests have even reported receiving free upgrades. the twin rooms are very spacious and come with decent sized bathrooms. There is also an apartment option available with added facilities, such as washing machines, microwaves, and safes.
Some guests have unfortunately found bugs in their rooms, which may have been due to the weather or location.
